New summer pictures added

Kevin writes and I load pictures. During our summer get away to San Diego, we did something we've never done before and hired a professional photographer to take some shots of the whole gang. Life is moving too quickly so every moment for us is precious and memories are invaluable. So we took the plunge, told everyone to bring the classic beach clothes, white shirts and jeans, and tried to have fun and look purty. The evening sunset was beautiful and the shoot was pretty painless. We hired a San Diego photographer, MaryAnn Ashely Bever who helped us relax and have fun. Some of us don't like the camera so much and some others LOVE it. And rightfully so, they always look great no matter what. The best part about this vacation is that everyone could come and go as they pleased and there was NO wedding or hospital visits. :)

I've stared school again so my FUN life has dimminished exponentially. I'm taking Anatomy and Microbiology and have been warned by my professors that it is crazy to do both at the same time. I can't help but think of nursing school, dental hygiene school, medical school, dental school and such. If they were told not to take tough classes at the same time, it would take 20yrs. to graduate. I think I'll be ok. I study alot, I don't have to work, my youngest is 16 yrs. old and I have a very supportive husband. I'll have no life outside of school but as the saying goes, "no pain-no gain".

Have a marvelous day,
Barbie

Hi Kevin and Barbie, what a wonderful family you have. The pictures are truly beautiful. I stared at them thinking how healthy you look Kevin. We are so blessed to have those special moments with our families. Tomorrow I get to see a new picture of my first grand child. You know what a moment that will be for me. I'm doing good and will not be able to attend the support group tomorrow because it's Velcade day at 11:00AM. Say hi to everyone. My count is stable at 211. They are going to wait the 4 month period and decide then what to do next. So for now I just want to enjoy each moment and hopefully keep well. Miss you and Barbie. Take care. Love, Debbie

LOVE LOVE LOVE the pictures! Barbie - I'm thinking body parts for you. Remember the time I went to Subway with post-it notes stuck all over me? Probably not the best way to memorize those names. You can do it!

Beautiful images. Seriously knowing everything that you all have shared with everyone and us family, it makes me want to cry seeing how happy you all look despite the trials each and everyone of you has suffered. Even though no one is perfect, you are a wonderful reminder to us all, to keep our chin up when hard times come. Good luck with classes Barbie!

Love,
Brooke

Barbie,
The photos are awesome! what a brilliant idea.
Regarding school...preparing for my nursing curriculum I had to take 2 sciences at a time every semester. Anatomy and chem., micro and physiology, biochem and pathophysiology. You have the advantage of having the wisdom of your, lets say "maturity", versus at just 18 yr. old. You go girl!

Kevin, I missed you this week, in your cute hat! Maybe it was Wed. when I took the day off. I'll have to keep a closer eye out!
Hang in there. Anyone need to have their litho-somethings at 0300?
Love,
Jennifer
